Delivery Of Your Order

We aim to deliver quickly. Generally your order will be printed and processed  within a few hours and we often manage to fulfil all orders within a couple of days but please allow 3-5 working days to receive your order. Please note that during busy times, Like Christmas, it may take up to 10 working days to receive your order. If your order is needed urgently, please call us on 01522 575871 and let us know and we'll try to prioritise your order for you.

We use Royal Mail and other well known couriers who provide a great user friendly and flexible delivery system. 

Do you live outside of the UK?

Not a problem, we deliver worldwide with very affordable shipping options. This is shown at the checkout. We have tried to make it as cost effective as possible for you. If you have a lot of items that you would like, just email us and we will always try and get the best price we can for you. 

What Happens If Goods Are Out Of Stock?

We'll email or call you to let you know that there will be a delay in shipping your order and normally give you an estimated date of arrival when goods are expected back into stock.

We can recommend alternatives and you can decide if you want to amend your order, wait for it to come back into stock or cancel it for a full refund. If you do choose to wait for items to come back into stock we will send out as ordered product is back in stock.

We do our best to meet the delivery timescales that we quote but occasionally deliveries can be late due to circumstances outside of our control.

Returns & Refunds

Naturally we want you to love what you've ordered from Dollar Jeans but if they're not quite right or what you expected, you are most welcome to return your order in full or part for a full refund (minus the postage). Please follow the steps below:

Email sales@dollarjeans.co.uk or call 01522 575871 within 30 days to inform us of the items you wish to return. 

Pack the parcel carefully and wrap everything separately. Please enclose any original packaging notes so we can identify your order.

Please ensure prior to returning any item that it is returned in its original condition with all labels attached unwashed, unworn (except for trying) & unmarked. 

As the customer you are responsible for returning the goods to us safely along with ‘paying’ the cost of postage. Please make sure your parcel is suitably insured etc as the goods are your responsibility until we receive them.  

Whilst we can arrange courier collection this can be quite costly. Call 01522 575871 if you wish to get a quote for this. There are several ways to return goods, Parcels2Go and Royal Mail are good options.

Faulty Or Missing Items

Please let us know within 48 hours of receiving your order if you have any issues with missing, faulty or damaged goods. Email us at orders@dollarjeans.co.uk quoting your order number and full name. If possible please email a picture of the damage as this will help us to quickly resolve any issues and decide on appropriate steps to rectify the problem which we will always sort as quickly as possible.

EU Right of Withdrawal

For customers purchasing from countries within the European Union, consumer protection laws may provide a statutory right to withdraw from a purchase within 14 days of receiving the goods, subject to any applicable exemptions.

You may exercise your right of withdrawal within 14 days of receiving your order by notifying us that you wish to cancel or return your purchase.

Customers who checked out using a phone number only and do not have access to a customer account should use the link provided in their SMS order confirmation or contact us directly by email or telephone.

Once we receive your withdrawal request, we will send confirmation that your request has been received.

After notifying us of your withdrawal, you must return the goods within 14 days.

Returned items should be sent back in their original condition, with all labels attached, unworn, unwashed and free from marks or damage beyond what is necessary to inspect the goods.

Unless otherwise required by law, customers are responsible for the cost of returning goods.

Upon receipt of the returned goods, or evidence that the goods have been returned, we will process any refund due within 14 days. Refunds will be made using the original payment method wherever possible.

Where a withdrawal is valid under applicable law, we will refund the cost of the goods together with the original standard delivery charge paid when the order was placed. Any additional charges for premium, expedited or upgraded delivery services are non-refundable.

Please note that the right of withdrawal may not apply to personalised, customised, embroidered, printed, made-to-order or otherwise bespoke products where exemptions are permitted by applicable law.
